1 container cottage cheese - any size
Bell pepper to taste
1. tomato-pretty ripe
Onion to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
mix all ingredients and chill in frig for and hour or so to marry ingredients. This is my grandmothers recipe and a family favorite. I'VE SEEN IT NOWHERE ELSE. It'svery good during the summer and is high protein and low calorie. GREAT IF YOU'RE ON A DIET OR LOW ON FUNDS
